Talk about Pre-Trial Services in Larimer County, CO – April 30, 2009
Have you ever wondered what happens when someone gets arrested? Did you miss the presentation last week? In Larimer County a lot has changed in recent years. Today the accused are forced – or at a minimum coerced – to submitting to “Pretrial Services”, a.k.a. PTS. This nice sounding service can mean big problems for the accused even if charges are dropped or they are found not guilty. In addition, it is costing taxpayers of Larimer County big dollars to administer. Here is a video of 3 of the speakers. I ran out of battery power and missed the last presenter, the ex-police officer, but will interview him again in the future.
