Dueling Health Care Plan Protests in Fort Collins on July 29, 2009

At the intersection of Mulberry and College in Fort Collins, Colorado dueling health care street protests faced off. They shared their thoughts and signs on the purposed National health care plan. One corner had the pro Obama health care folks and the other 3 cornes had people against the plan. A lady at the event went around to each corner and counted the people supporting each side. She came up with an estimated count of 350 people there against the plan and around 120 people there for the health care plan.

    Nice! I noticed a little bit of a sound issue with the first lady being interviewed. Great footage.

    @Johnny.Justice
    When I listen to the interview I could hear everything fine. The first interview was recorded with my microphone and the sound recorded only in one of the two channels. Perhaps the computer you are watching the video on has only the other channel for sound?

    The difference I noticed between the groups was the signs that were manufactured for the crowd supporting Obama’s healthcare plan and the creativity of the those who made their own signs that appear to want to make their own choices about their healthcare and don’t support Obama’s healthcare plan. The pro Obama crowd also seemed rightous,entitled and angry. It was nice to see that there are still people out there that believe that you have to earn what you have and that life is not fair and never will be.

Also on a boat is Tom Woods and Barry Goldwater Jr. Wake boarding is Adam Kokesh. Two different times in actuality.

I didn't take the pics with Ron Paul in it or have anything to do with the "Acquire A Cappella" remake of the SNL song. I did get the video of Adam Kokesh wake boarding though. Anyway this is something I had put together a couple years ago after coming across the pictures and…
