The 2009 Henry Hazlitt Memorial Lecture, presented by Peter Schiff. Recorded at the annual Austrian Scholars Conference, Ludwig von Mises Institute, 13 March 2009.
Russia Today recently interviewed Peter Schiff, Ron Paul economic adviser, about his economic predictions. Peter Schiff predicted the problems the economy is now finally facing. The reason I and others started to get involved with Ron Paul’s Presidential bid back in 2007 because we saw the handwriting on the wall of these upcoming problems and wanted to start fixing the problem instead of making it worse. And the handwriting on the wall has been on the wall much longer than 2007. It isn’t that the housing bubble collapsing is the problem, it was the fact the housing bubble formed in the first place. We need sound money.
Barack Obama’s policies will unleash a greater economic crisis than the world is now facing, believes US financial forecaster, Peter Schiff.
